| 今週のEBM,ナウ(92) さい帯血 vs 抗固形腫瘍効果 69歳の転移性腎がん例にさい帯血を用いたRIST（reduced intensity stem cell transplantation）を施行。移植の経過は以下に示す。移植細胞は生着し、軽度のＧＶＨＤがみられ、転移性病変も縮小した。これはさい帯血による抗腫瘍効果として最初の報告である（文献１）。  コメント：2000年のChildsらの報告(文献2)を追認するもの。その当時に一般的でなかったさい帯血を用いた点が進歩。 文献：１．Takami A. et al.
