| 今週のEBM,ナウ(145) PBSC vs BM following nonmyeloablative conditioning regimen （ミニ移植における末梢血と骨髄液との移植成績比較） HLA一致ドナ－からの骨髄（ＢＭ）移植４２例とG-CSF動員による末梢血幹細胞（ＰＢＳＣ）移植１２例の治療成績比較を行いました。 移植方法は非骨髄破壊的前処置(nonmyeloablative conditioning)です。 対象は６５歳以下、performance status=0,1,2,進行期の造血器悪性腫瘍患者です。 移植方法の詳細は省略します。 結果：ＰＢＳＣ移植群はＢＭ移植群と比較して、 １．好中球と血小板の生着が早期。 ２．輸血頻度が減少。 ３．生着不全の頻度が低い。 ４．Ｔリンパ球の回復が早期。 ５．キメリズムの達成頻度が高い。 ６．ＧＶＨＤ（移植片対宿主病）頻度が高い。  コメント：意義ある報告。残念なのはnonrandomized retrospective studyであること。 文献：Dey BR et al.
